New Love...

I would like to declare a new love: Paul Hackett. I just saw him on "Real Time and with Bill Maher," and it was love at first Bush-mocking joke. In the five minutes (if that) Mr. Hackett was on the show, he stood up for his beliefs! He actually stood by what he said about President Bush!! I kept pinching myself, thinking, "Is this guy a Democrat???"

This guy had the audacity to run as a Democrat in Ohio- in a district in Ohio notorious for its strong Republican mindset. And he almost won! Hackett for President in 2006, anyone??

Starbucks update: I was trained today on the POS. Yes, I said, "POS." In my world, I used that abbreviation to refer to my GCC Compaq laptop. It was an abbreviation for "Piece of Shit." Apparently at Starbucks, it stands for "point of sale." It's the cash register- I can now ring up drinks. I'm one step closer to ruling the world.
